Job Description
Collegiate Hotel Group® , is seeking a Room Attendant to join Graduate East Lansing and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
- Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
- Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings ( mall, restaurants)
- Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
- Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel’s lost and found procedures
- Other duties asassigned
