We're seeking a customer-focused Insurance Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This isn't your typical call center position you'll be an empowered problem-solver helping policyholders navigate their insurance needs with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.

Pay Rate : $17 / hour

Location : Remote | Miami, FL (Waterford)

Schedule : Full-Time | MondayFriday

Spanish Bilingual Required

What You'll Do

• Handle 70100 inbound calls daily from clients and policyholders, providing expert support in English and Spanish.
• Assist with policy inquiries, billing, endorsements, and claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Process and issue insurance documents such as policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies and process issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless support and resolution for customers.
