Project Overview

This project supports Mako's client in the rollout of SAP for a new subsidiary in Vietnam. It is a short-term, low-complexity engagement (approximately 11 12 weeks) focused on replicating existing SAP processes and configurations from a Chinese subsidiary. The primary objective is to address Vietnam-specific legal and statutory requirements, with changes primarily limited to localized form outputs. The solution will be adopted largely "as is," with no discovery sessions or business workshops planned.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify SAP ABAP programs, with a primary focus on creating new forms and enhancing existing forms

Update SAP forms to ensure compliance with Vietnam-specific legal and statutory requirements

Support localized form requirements while maintaining alignment with the existing global SAP template

Work within a rollout model that replicates established SAP processes, making targeted adjustments only where localization is required

Required Experience

Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP development

Proven experience developing and modifying SAP forms (e.g., SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAPscript)

Ability to interpret legal and statutory requirements and translate them into ABAP and form logic

Prior experience supporting SAP rollouts or template-based implementations is preferred
