What You will Achieve
As a Senior Project Manager at Vanderweil, you will lead a diverse portfolio of academic and institutional projects in collaboration with nationally recognized architectural partners and forward-thinking clients. These projects span :

In this role, you will :
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 5 years in project management roles overseeing building projects.
Background managing projects in the Institutional, Academic, or Cultural sectors, including coordination with architects, owners, and contractors.
Understanding of MEP / FP systems and how they integrate into building design and construction. Ability to guide technical engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (or related field). PE license preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

Compensation for this role is based on experience, education, skills, geographic region, and professional licensure, and is expected to range from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
