Compensation:$120,400 - $189,300 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, answering questions and providing insights on the local real estate market.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule showings and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presentable and welcoming to potential buyers.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the sales team, helping refine our approach and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:- Real Estate License, or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients make informed decisions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Tacoma, WA real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and feedback constructively.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure properties are prepared and presentable for showings.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to schedule appointments and track client interactions.
