Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Architect to lead end-to-end cloud architecture, data migration, and program delivery for a key client initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in data migration from SAP and other enterprise sources into AWS (S3, Redshift) and will serve as both a hands-on architect and strategic advisor to the client's technology leadership.

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in AWS cloud architecture .
• Proven experience leading data migration from SAP and other enterprise systems to AWS S3 and Redshift.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, Glue, Redshift Spectrum, Athena, and Lake Formation.
• Excellent program delivery ownership and ability to manage distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills - capable of influencing senior stakeholders and providing technology advisory.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Must be based in or willing to work hybrid at Neenah or Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
