What is required for this position :

• The Command Center is the control system for the placement of patients and the scheduling of staff resources within the inpatient nursing units of the hospital.
• As a member of this team, you are integral to ensuring that the patient flow within the hospital is smooth and contributes to an overall positive patient experience.
• The Nursing Administrative Coordinator is an experienced registered nurse who is responsible for coordinating care and practice across nursing and clinical departments and troubleshooting urgent and emergent issues in clinical care as needed.
• Our Nursing Administrative Coordinator (NAC) in the Command Center has an hourly base rate of $38.14. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• In this position, you would be scheduled to work 2 -12-hour day shifts (24 hours / week, considered part-time) with start / end times of 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm with a holiday and weekend requirement.
• With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible.
