Systems Engineer

We are seeking three talented and motivated Systems Engineers to contribute to our system development and engineering efforts. As a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects and support the full lifecycle of system development, from proposal to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, system architects, and leadership, to ensure the successful implementation of system requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Manage program architecture and requirements throughout all phases, including proposal, design, implementation, test, and deployment.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members and stakeholders.
• Support and improve Systems Engineering processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Define and model systems, including requirements, structure, behavior, and traceability.
• Document and decompose system, subsystem, and component requirements.
• Allocate requirements to system elements and functions.
• Analyze requirements traceability and verification.
• Reconcile requirements conflicts, ambiguities, or gaps.
• Prepare system design documents and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, system architects, and leadership.
• Review designs and documents to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Estimate material and labor costs.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $84.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
