Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3 for Kent Hospital, located in Warwick, Rhode Island. Kent is a 359 bed facility. This position will manager 100 full time, client paid union staff overseeing the housekeeping and patient transportation departments reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
