This Opportunity

We are looking for software engineers excited by the opportunity to improve health care in far-reaching ways.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Truveta’s DevOps infrastructure. You’ll ensure that our CI / CD pipelines, cloud environments, and automation systems are secure, scalable, and reliable, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

You will play a key role in our DevOps platform from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise, integrating modern DevSecOps practices and enabling AI-assisted development tools. This is a hands-on role with significant strategic impact across engineering, security, and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration

Manage and maintain Truveta’s Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, including repositories, pipelines, and access controls.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of CI / CD infrastructure.

Migration & Integration

Lead the migration effort from one DevOps platform to another collaborating with engineering and security teams.

Security, Compliance & Governance

Implement and enforce role-based access controls, compliance standards, and DevSecOps best practices.

Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment

Design, optimize, and automate multi-language CI / CD pipelines with robust build, test, and release workflows.

AI-Assisted Coding Enablement

Support adoption and governance of AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GitHub Coding Agents, Claude Sonnet 4.5).

Collaboration & Mentorship

Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, security, and compliance teams to align DevOps capabilities with company goals.
