Caregiver PACE Program

Location : Sacramento, CA

Pay Rate : $16.50 $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule : Full-time and part-time positions available

At FirstLight Home Care , were honored to partner with the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program to provide exceptional in-home support to participants who deserve the very best care.

Were seeking experienced and caring caregivers to join our growing PACE care team. These professionals understand that caregiving is more than just a jobits a calling.

What Youll Do

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
  • Escort clients to appointments and community outings
  • Document care activities and follow care plans accurately
  • Other duties as assigned to support client well-being

    • What Were Looking For

  • Prior caregiving experience (PACE or senior care preferred)
  • CPR certification (required) training available if not current
  • Registered with the California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry strongly preferred
  • Licensed and insured to drive a car (required)
  • A caring and dependable nature with strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a care team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Must pass a background check and health screening
