Nexeo HR is actively hiring a Data Center Material Handler to support logistics, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations for a leading Data Center facility in Hutto, TX. Responsibilities

Inspect Shipments : Accurately receive and inspect incoming materials such as server components, networking equipment, and other IT-related inventory.

Inventory Control : Maintain precise inventory records in software systems, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure materials are organized.

Material Handling : Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.

Assembly & Preparation : Assemble small components and server racks, including power supplies, networking hardware, and cabling, ensuring adherence to blueprint specifications.

Shipping & Receiving : Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments by coordinating with vendors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Documentation & Reporting : Update inventory logs, track shipments, and report any discrepancies or issues.

Workplace Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to resolve material needs and optimize inventory flow.

Utilize Tools : Use RF scanners, SAP, and WMS software to track and update inventory records, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Follow Standard Procedures : Follow company policies and adhere to industry standards for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of IT equipment.

Qualifications

Required : 2+ years of prior experience in warehouse operations, data center logistics, and / or inventory management.

Required : Some experience operating pallet jack machinery.

Required : Successfully pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Required : High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Knowledgeable when using inventory management tools & software such as SAP, WMS, RF scanners, and / or similar inventory tracking systems.

Basic computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Warehouse Management Software (WMS).

Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Hutto, TX.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking inventory and handling material transactions.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or more) and perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, and bending.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.

Pay

$21.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | 7 : 00am 4 : 00pm | Monday - Friday
