Full-service AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their growing team. This regional firm based in the south has a wonderful reputation and room for growth.

What Youll Be Doing :

Youll represent clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including breach of contract construction disputes business disputes class actions business torts partnership disputes shareholder disputes and breach of fiduciary duty.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
  • Prepare pleadings motions and other legal documents.
  • Assist with pretrial discovery and fact gathering.
  • Appear at court proceedings including depositions and trials.

Desired Background :

  • 2-6 years experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation.
  • Juris Doctorate and licensed in good standing with the Florida bar.
  • Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
