Job Description

• Oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis, corrective / preventive actions, and Lean / CI tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Monitor key quality metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership.
• Ensure supplier quality management through audits, performance tracking, and corrective action follow-up.
