What to Expect

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in the identification, attraction and selection of top talent for Hyundai Capital America. This role will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities. In addition, this role will represent and market the culture of Hyundai Capital America to external candidates and build a cohesive recruiting and onboarding strategy and processes to attract the best candidates

What You Will Do

1.Talent Acquisition Activity :

2.Coordinate, monitor and maintain relationships with external recruiting companies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of recruiting.

3.Responsible for coaching business leaders on hiring practices to ensure managers are trained on interviewing skills.
