Engineering Manager - Data Infrastructure

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Data and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on data systems, DevOps, and infrastructure reliability while driving technical strategy

Oversee engineering work related to the open-source graph database Dgraph and manage the open-source community around it

Guide the improvement of Kubernetes-based platforms and manage deployments into ITAR-controlled environments while ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Experience with infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and databases

Background in managing distributed systems and data infrastructure

Experience delivering self-hosted or on-prem enterprise software

Solid AWS experience, particularly with EKS and VPC networking
