Crane / Conveyor Service Manager – Material Handling Equipment

• Location : South Salt Lake, UT
• Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours
• Compensation : $85-110k + annual bonus
• Benefits : Full Benefits Package + Company Vehicle

Position Summary

The Crane / Conveyor Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, leading a team of field technicians responsible for servicing overhead cranes, hoists, conveyors, vertical lift modules (VLMs), Kardex / Remstar systems, and other automated material handling equipment.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong electrical and mechanical background , excellent organizational and communication skills, and proven experience managing service teams and job sites. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards.
