Senior Software Quality Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to deliver dependable, customer-ready software by shaping and executing test strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts; execute testing across various platforms

Identify, document, and report software defects while troubleshooting and resolving quality issues

Participate in Scrum ceremonies to provide input on testing efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of QA experience testing software applications

BA / BS in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience preferred

Strong grasp of functional, performance, security, and accessibility testing in an Agile environment

Experienced with automated testing tools / frameworks and proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Shell

Familiarity with SDLC and CI / CD processes, and experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect management
