Residential And Commercial Cleaner

A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that facilities are sanitary and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities :

General Cleaning : Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure that all surfaces, including countertops and furniture, are clean and free of debris.

Restroom Maintenance : Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in a hygienic condition.

Waste Management : Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Specialized Cleaning : Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor waxing.

Equipment Maintenance : Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored after use.

Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Qualifications :

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous, especially in residential, commercial, or facilities management settings.

Skills :

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.

Work Environment :

Cleaners may work in various settings, including offices, homes, hotels, and public spaces. The role may require working alone or as part of a team, depending on the size of the organization.
