About the Role :

AngelList is seeking Senior Software Engineers to join our Intelligence team. You will design, build, and operate services that power retrieval, semantic search, agent orchestration, model integrations, and data pipelines that turn our proprietary signals into product features.

You will have the opportunity to :

• Work with one of the deepest private-market datasets in the world and build systems that surface high-value signals for investors.
• Design and operate OpenSearch-backed retrieval and semantic search systems and tune them for real product use.
• Build and run agent orchestration, model integrations, and safety layers for LLM-driven workflows.
• Prototype new AI-driven features and productionize them in a Go-first codebase.
• Own large features end-to-end and improve our testing, observability, and operational practices.

AngelList has offices in a few cities, and our engineering hub in San Francisco.  We’re focused on hiring from this hub office so engineers and product teams can collaborate in the office at least twice per week (Tuesdays and choice between Wednesday or Thursday).

Compensation :  The compensation for this role consists of a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity package. The base salary for this role is $200,000+ annually but actual will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be provided during the recruitment process.
