Trainer

As the Trainer you will be responsible for conducting sales training for Club Wyndham in Orlando, Florida. The trainer delivers critical and necessary Wyndham approved training and development by prescribed delivery methods to maintain defined objectives.

How You'll Shine

Duties Include :

• Conducts Sales Orientation training sessions for all new and rehired sales representatives. Focus is on product knowledge, effective sales strategies, quality, compliance and productivity
• Keep regional and site sales leaders informed of progress during training and identify problem areas through Redline Reporting
• Conducts weekly trainings of new Sales Representatives for the first 90 days and reports training needs to site sales leaders
• Diagnose performance improvement goals for individuals and groups; recommend appropriate performance improvement and solutions such as training programs
