WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR IN-HOME COMFORT CONSULTANT

• Commission-based sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to meet goals and targets
• Preferred - In-home, consultative, or high-ticket sales experience

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Building positive relationships with potential customers to foster trust in your knowledge and our HVAC services
• Conducting in-home consultations and inspecting residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Identifying opportunities for upgrades or replacements and presenting options to the customer
• Performing load calculations, system evaluations, and equipment sizing, and helping customers choose the right equipment
• Generating price estimates, explaining financing options, and encouraging customers to close deals
• Collaborating with service technicians and installers to explain project scope and ensure we provide the high-quality service the customer is expecting

SCHEDULE

This isn't a standard Monday–Friday 8–5 role - and that's part of what makes it rewarding. Comfort Advisors work on a flexible, customer‑driven schedule that varies day to day. Some days start at 8 AM, others at 10 AM, and end times may range from late afternoon to early evening. Saturday availability helps you maximize your earning potential, since many homeowners prefer weekend consultations.
