• Provide individualized, assent-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Teach daily living skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, respecting their culture and unique backgrounds.
• Deliver therapy in various settings, including the home, clinic, community, or school.
• Make a real and lasting impact on children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification from the BCBA for RBT.
• Clear background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to engage positively with families and coworkers.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical play (run, jump, crawl, etc.).
• Willingness to work with clients who may engage in aggressive behaviors.
