Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!

DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom and Skagit county’s largest, local appliance and mattress retailer is hiring a full-time Sales Representative! Looking for a great sales job with high earning potential? Our growing business is seeking an upbeat, customer-service oriented Sales Representative to join our top-producing sales team at our premier appliance & mattress Burlington showroom.

DeWaard and Bode’s legacy brand, loyal customer base, and top tier product selection make this position highly sought after by motivated sales professionals. If you are a competitive team player, relationship-driven seller, and customer service professional looking for a long-term position, we want you to join our top producing sales team! This role will involve assisting customers, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales of appliances, barbecues, and mattresses.

Compensation :

  • Competitive commission-based structure with earning potential ranging from $54,000 to $150,000+ per year.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Welcome and engage customers with a friendly attitude, understanding their appliance needs.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and explain features with expertise.
  • Demonstrate appliance operation, emphasizing the benefits to potential buyers.
  • Clearly communicate pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Strive to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about inventory levels to effectively sell available stock.

    • Qualifications :

  • Sales experience : industry experience preferred but not a requirement.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for appliances and a desire to learn and build product knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility for a dynamic retail schedule.
  • A positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
