LILT is seeking a fractional Production Operations Manager to strengthen day-to-day translation production, drive continuous improvement, and support production workflows. This is a contractor role focused on measurable operational outcomes across cost, quality, and delivery speed.

Role Summary

• Scope : Own targeted production projects and improvements across Contribution Margin, On Time Delivery, and Quality. Stand up lightweight programs and cadences that scale.
• Time : 1020 hours per week. Fractional contractor.
• Purpose : Deliver short-cycle operational wins, reduce defects, and improve throughput using data, process rigor, and AI-augmented workflows.
