Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including palletizing, sorting, and preparing materials for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and stage products or materials according to work orders or shipment schedules
• Palletize products safely and securely for transport
• Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (as applicable)
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, production, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Forklift certification (a plus, but not required)

Schedule: Full-time, with potential overtime as needed
