After a long career their current leader is retiring and hopes to find somebody to step in and take the reigns. • Lead manage oversee develop and train the sales personnel and marketing efforts
• Develop strategy efficiencies and processes to increase revenue and execution
• Projects involve Access Control CCTV A / V and Low Voltage systems
• Work directly with the Owner to develop opportunities and make business decisions
• Develop goals performance tracking metrics KPIs and measurement
