Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential plumbing issues before they become major problems.
- Install new plumbing systems and components according to industry standards.
- Use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate findings to customers and management.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Keep company vehicle and tools clean and in good working condition.
