Title : Inventory and Supply Aide

Reports To : Manager, Purchasing & Warehouse

Department : Accounting and Finance

Purpose : Help power local communities by ensuring line crews have access to all necessary equipment to build and maintain the power system. Serve as a steward of resources by utilizing effective database management and processes to maintain proper records while receiving, storing, securing, and disbursing materials and supplies within the warehouse facilities. Be a champion of internal customer service, stewardship, and inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Process oriented with the ability to maintain excellent records.
• Organizational strengths.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating ambition.
• Customer service with a sense of urgency and friendliness.
• Solid computer and technology skills :

Knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office products.

Working Conditions :

General warehouse environment; requires the flexibility to work irregular hours for assignment completion; requires the ability to work during emergency situations and during inclement weather.
