Reimburse license renewal or new license; $5k for relocation assistance
Salary plus incentives; 40 hours of CME time with a $2.5k stipend
Call schedule of 1 : 4; medical and life insurances
See 18 - 20 patients per day; 5 weeks of annual PTO and 10 federal holidays
