This is a government contractor facility helping our nation's Veterans by providing comprehensive medical evaluations. The organization specializes in Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across multiple locations throughout Missouri.

Board Certified - General Medicine

Job Details :

• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans
• Multiple locations available across Missouri including Cape Girardeau, St. Joseph, Mountain Grove, Butler, Farmington, Licking, Sedalia, Poplar Bluff, Rolla, St. Louis, and Kennet
• Flexible schedule options : work between 1-4 days per week depending on location
• Option to work half days (4-hours) and / or full days (8-hours)
• One-time non-treatment CP exams + separation health assessments
• Primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessment : range of motion testing, muscle strength testing
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities
• Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Must own a laptop (no Mac / Apple products allowed)
• Active and unrestricted full Missouri license required
• Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified
• Acceptable specialties : family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or experience with general medicine or compensation and pension
• Quick credentialing and onboarding process
• Follow-up administrative work required (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics)
• Local candidates only, travel included in rates
• Opportunity to work weekends if desired / needed

Compensation :
