What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, grooming, and meals

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes independence and dignity

Document care and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

Collaborate with nurses and care team members to follow individualized care plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Build connections and provide companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life

Qualifications

Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)

CPR certification preferred

Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training provided)

Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
