G&D Integrated is hiring CDL A regional dry van drivers in Channahon, IL. Drivers will be hauling dry van trailers throughout the midwest region. Compensation

  • Average annual pay : $78,400.00

Top drivers earn $110,000+

  • Pick your pay! Option to choose between hourly or miles & stops
  • Starting pay is based on experience
  • Drivers have plenty of work opportunities toincrease their pay

    • Hourly option

    Average hourly pay rate : $23.21

  • Overtime pay after 50 hours
  • Miles & stops option

    • Average 70 CPM

  • Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded
  • Average of 2,160miles weekly
  • Stop pay

    • Drop & hook : $8.70 per stop

  • Customer drop & hook : $12.36 per stop
  • Live load & unload : $24.72 per stop
  • Average of 10 stops weekly
  • Additional Pay :

    • Overnight pay : $32.00

  • Bonuses :

    • $2,000 Driver referral bonus : Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed

  • $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers
  • Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

    • Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home Time : 2-3 days per week
  • Schedule : Various schedules available
  • Route : Midwest region
  • Level of Touch : No touch freight

    • Equipment

  • 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks

    • 2-3 year replacement cycle

  • All trucks are automatic transmission
  • Governed speed : 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise
  • ELD equipped with Samsara system
  • Forward facing camera

    • Qualifications

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months
  • No more than two or more preventable / at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle
  • No more than one DOT preventable / at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV
  • No DUI / DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years
  • No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months
  • No failures or refusals of drug / alcohol tests
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 60 miles of Channahon, IL or be willing to relocate for this position
