Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility:

• Develop and implement NPI strategies to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and control costs.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks during all phases of product launch.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to milestones and budgets.
• Foster collaboration across departments to maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required Experience and Skills

Proven track record in managing complex technology product introductions in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience in developing and executing strategies that drive operational efficiency.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
