Sales Associate Position

What you'll be doing as a Sales Associate :

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including in person and over the phone.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and product information.
  • Accurately input customer data into the system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize computer systems to track interactions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls or requests simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Available shifts :

  • Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day)

    • Job requirements :

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have food handlers card, sales experience and a resume.
  • Drug Test Required.
