Yacht Insurance Client Advisor Manager

A company is looking for a Yacht Client Advisor Manager (Remote East Coast).

Key Responsibilities

Guide client advisory efforts and ensure high client satisfaction

Manage team performance, including forecasting and conducting performance reviews

Build relationships with Centers of Influence and oversee client communications and presentations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing individuals and team goals preferred

3-5+ years of yacht insurance background required with client-facing experience

Property & Casualty (P&C) License

Experience in personal lines insurance with High-Net-Worth clientele

Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
