Job Title : Data Analytics Specialist

Location : Santa Clarita, CA

Pay Range : $43 - $50 / hr

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Tue-Thu in office)

Purpose Statement

This role is responsible for preparing analytics and insights across the department while driving operational efficiency and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and support the Data Analytics strategy.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable reports for analysis.
• Provide ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis, and insights to ensure business understanding.
• Use data to identify organizational trends and collaborate on solutions.
• Participate in audits and analyses to ensure accuracy and uncover new analytic opportunities.
• Partner with sales operations leadership to define KPIs and key drivers.
• Conduct statistical analysis of sales data to optimize execution and growth.
• Deliver recommendations to senior sales management on program utilization and performance impact.
• Leverage existing datasets to streamline analysis efforts.
• Ensure data integrity in reports and proactively resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and analyze market data; identify additional data needs.
• Perform trending analysis of accounts and create ad hoc reports.
• Assist with SAP administration and troubleshoot sales reporting systems.
• Recommend process improvements to support the sales force.
