We are a growing healthcare company seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Coordinator to manage office operations, healthcare compliance documentation, and administrative workflows. This role is critical to ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scan inbound mail and compliance correspondence
- Maintain Medicare (PECOS) and accreditation documentation
- Track and manage compliance deadlines and renewals
- Support payroll administration for offshore staff
- Maintain organized, audit-ready digital records
- Coordinate staff training documentation and annual requirements
- Act as the internal owner of compliance documentation and calendars
Requirements
