We are currently hiring for a Roofing Foreman here in Phoenix, AZ! We are seeking a dedicated foreman to join our foam and coating team. The ideal candidate will possess over four years of roofing experience and demonstrate a strong ability to lead and work alongside a team of 3-4 technicians. Responsibilities include installing and repairing foam roofs, performing general maintenance and repairs on buildings, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Install and repair foam roofs in collaboration with a team of technicians.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings.
• Assist with spray foam, single-ply, built-up, or any other type of flat roof.
• Follow strict safety protocols and comply with all safety regulations and site protocols.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and other team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate job records for invoicing.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 members effectively.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
