Skills : Salesforce CRM, Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes, Functional understanding of various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.
Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Create scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
- Oversee external client projects, ensuring successful delivery of business consulting and systems development.
- Gather and analyze information to design flexible and adaptable solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize relevant Salesforce platform development experience.
- Hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Lead and manage team members effectively.
- Rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Work independently and be a self-starter.
- Continuously study new technologies and functionalities, pushing the capabilities of existing technologies.
Experience :
Work on large Salesforce engagements as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities.Convert business requirements into Salesforce functional and technical requirements.Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.Conduct workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams.Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.Experience working with App Exchange products.Experience with Salesforce Marketing and Wave Cloud.Experience in Agile and other project management methods.Job Requirements :
At least 12 years of software / CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.Certifications in functional and technical areas.Experience in application development and integration using different design patterns.Functional understanding of various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking in all aspects of the job.Highly productive both independently and in team environments.Thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences in various settings.
