Highlights of the Role:

• Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Engagement: Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections.
• Supportive Tasks: Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment.
• Medication Management: Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.

What We Look For:

• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
• Qualities: Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Training: Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience necessary.
