LHH has a client seeking experienced Electrical BIM Modelers at multiple levels (I, II, III) to support large-scale electrical construction projects across the U.S. These roles are critical for delivering accurate, field-ready shop drawings and clash detection for data centers, semiconductor facilities, and other complex builds.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a strong conversion track record (92%). Candidates will be treated as part of the team from day one, with access to training and growth opportunities.

Hard Skills Required

• Electrical BIM experience is a must
• Advanced Revit expertise : Create and manipulate families, views, sheets, schedules, filters, and complex geometry
• Clash detection : Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks
• Shop drawings : Experience producing field-ready drawings for installation and permitting
• Coordination tools : Familiarity with Bluebeam and Revisto for uploads and collaboration
• 2D / 3D fluency : Ability to read 2D plans and work in 3D space
• Electrical drafting standards : Knowledge of electrical symbols and conventions
• Technical workflow : Understanding of BIM processes, work sharing, and model setup
• Software skills : Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred

Pay Details : $20.00 to $54.00 per hour
