Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a challenging leadership role in the real estate industry? We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our team. This role offers a competitive compensation package of up to $225k / year, along with up to a 40% bonus and amazing benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks.
• Manage accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities and investments.
• Prepare annual corporate budgets and oversee quarterly lender reporting.
• Oversee corporate cash management, invoice approvals, and receivable collections.
• Manage payroll funding, 401k, and worker compensation audits.
• Assist with tax estimates and planning for owners.
• Monitor treasury activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Analyze and review quarterly financial statements for investment funds.
• Assist with capital planning and structuring acquisitions and dispositions.
• Review loan agreements and monitor debt covenant compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal controls.
• Mentor staff and assist with their development.
• Prepare special reports and projects, analyzing information and trends.
