Our client, a mission-driven organization in the behavioral health and substance-use recovery industry, is seeking a

Recruiter

to lead full-cycle recruiting for nursing staff, clinicians, and peer-support recovery professionals.

About the Organization

A compassionate outpatient behavioral health and addiction recovery center serving underserved and often uninsured or Medicaid populations.

Provides a full continuum of care, including detox, intensive outpatient, outpatient treatment, and aftercare programs.

Staffed by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, counselors, and case managers committed to evidence-based treatment and respect for each patient's dignity.

Welcomes walk-ins and minimizes barriers to care, including assistance for uninsured or underinsured patients.

Responsibilities

The

Recruiter

will manage full-cycle recruiting for nursing staff, clinicians, and peer-support recovery employees.

The

Recruiter

will coordinate and attend job fairs at local colleges and community venues to source candidates.

The

Recruiter

will conduct administrative tasks such as background checks, I-9 verification, and compliance paperwork.

The

Recruiter

will support HR operations and help ensure organizational compliance while building a strong, mission-driven team.

Preferred Qualifications

2-5 years of HR experience.

Prior recruiting experience required.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom for communication and recruitment tasks.

Preferred :

Familiarity with Paycom

Plus :

Background or interest in behavioral health or recovery services.
