Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Pediatric Social Worker Department Lead (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As a clinic-based Pediatric Social Worker Department Lead (LCSW) at Eyas Landing - Avondale you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children and families while overseeing a team of Social Workers in a pediatric therapy clinic . Youll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs social skills self-esteem interpersonal relationships and coping skills through :

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship clinical guidance and performance feedback to Social Workers to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
