As a Senior Manager, SAP Change Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and executing the change management processes that support Belden's global SAP S / 4HANA implementation. You will ensure that SAP processes and system changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and integrated, with a focus on business continuity and maximizing value. This remotely based role will report to the Director, SAP Change Management.

You will make an impact in the following ways :

• Implement SAP change management strategies in the areas of change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness to support Belden's global SAP S / 4HANA implementations.
• Collaborate with change team members, program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful change management outcomes.
• Establish KPIs to track change initiative success, providing regular updates on progress and areas for improvement.
• Identify risks and mitigate resistance to change to support a smooth transition to SAP.
