Experience in basic office skills is required, data entry skills preferred.

The center offers primary care, pediatrics, gynecology, occupational health, laboratory, X-ray, mammography, and rehabilitative services.

When Newport Hospital closed in 1991, New London Hospital (NLH) and its Board of Trustees recognized the continuing need for primary care and additional services for the Newport community. To fill this need, we opened the Newport Health Center (NHC).

NHC offers convenient evening hours as well as same-day appointments.

3+ years CMA experience in Clinic Setting in family practice

MUST be a CERTIFIED Medical Assistant

Previous travel experience - Preferred

Founded in 1918, New London Hospital is a not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital serving 15 communities with in the Kearsarge / Lake Sunapee region in central New Hampshire providing primary care and specialized clinical services in a patient and family centered environment.

As a partner of the Dartmouth Health Network, NLH is able to bring health care experts into the community both in New London and at our Newport Health Center (NHC) so residents are not required to travel away from their home community to seek academic-level care. NLH currently offers nearly 20 specialty services with over 60% of providers dual-credentialed at both NLH and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC).
