Local Manager

A company is looking for a Local Manager to lead teams in installing and maintaining network services in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence and ensure service commitments are met while fostering a customer-first culture

Support and develop employees, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance and engagement

Engage with the community to strengthen business presence and identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience

Successful completion or certification in related technical fields or vendor equipment is desired

Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, and networking functions

Must be available 24 / 7 to support off-shift technicians and emergencies as needed
