About the Role As a Generative AI (GenAI) Senior Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative AI and analytics solutions that drive real-world transformation for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to build and scale disruptive GenAI applications that unlock business value and deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders—to ensure your solutions are robust, responsible, and production-ready. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies and advancing our AI solution portfolio. What You'll Be Doing : Delivery : Own the AI delivery aspects as per the client’s AI objectives. Innovation & Demonstration : Proactively identify value-driven use cases and apply them throughout the customer’s journey with Trianz. Solution Design & Delivery : Design and deliver industry-best, responsible AI solutions using AWS and / or Azure Gen AI and ML Services using data from Snowflake and other sources. Client Engagement : Regular collaboration and partnership with clients to understand their challenges and needs and respond with responsible AI solutions that transform and drive value. Lead and support proposal development. Who you are : 13+ years hands-on data solution architecture and implementation experience on AI . At least 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, AI, or data science roles, with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale AI / ML solutions preferably in AWS and Azure. 5+ years of experience, working with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and project delivery. 2+ years of Experience with Gen AI Solutions and building data-driven solutions within large organizations. 2+ years of Experience in handling data from Snowflake and other data sources to build AI solutions. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI / ML algorithms, deep learning, MLOps and data analytic technology and techniques. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. Competency in delivering AI-solutions to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using native and 3rd party services and technologies. Demonstrated AI marketplace knowledge and applicability. Collaboration and management experience with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to develop joint solutions. Practical understanding and experience related to data governance, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI practices. Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing governance frameworks in AI & analytic solutions.
