Patient Advocate - Utah Licensed

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers

Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage benefits and testing information

Manage assigned work independently while collaborating across departments to ensure prompt handling of orders

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate / bachelor's degree

Fluency in Spanish is preferred

Experience with PC applications, including Excel and Word

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure

Preference for candidates with a higher net typing speed
